Effect: For the next 30 Seconds(6 Rounds) All radio, digital and cellular communications fail to connect with users or devices within 100 Meters of the Initiation Spot of Communications Jam and a device within that area cannot make outgoing communications.
Furthermore, all ongoing communications within the area become garbled and disconnect within 5 Seconds( 1 Round).
Overpower: Spend 1 additional CODA to:
- Add +25 Meters to this instance of this Subroutine’s Range.
- Add +5 Seconds(1 Round) to this instance of this Subroutine’s Duration.
