Altered Realms is an inclusive and accessible tabletop role-playing game for collaborative storytelling launched in March 2021 by Octet House. It includes: over 27 dimensions and worlds, a diverse range of playable species, equipment from every technological era and a large spectrum of gameplay styles from which to choose.
