Allows the user to attempt to lower the current digital noise levels within a currently accessed system.
Attempts to reduce digital noise buildup in a system or network. Failure results in more noise being generated.

- Target: A single currently accessed Network or Database.
- Turn Portion: Action
Effect: Make an Engineering Skill Roll. The DC is equal to 10 + the current Digital Noise in the System.
Success: If the user Succeeds in meeting or exceeding the DC they reduce the Digital Noise in the currently accessed System by an amount equal to their Intellect Modifier.
Failure: If the user Fails to meet or exceed the DC they generate 2 additional Digital Noise in the currently accessed System.
Overpower: Spend 1 additional CODA to:
- Gain +1 to your Engineering Skill Roll made for this Subroutine.
You can overpower as many times and in as many ways as you can afford to do so.
