Set a digital noise threshold within a digital system and be notified if/when it is crossed.
Allows the user to set a digital Noise Threshold in the local Network. If that noise threshold is reached by something other than themselves, the user knows that other users are activating Subroutines in the area.

Effect: Set a Digital Noise Meter to Trigger when 5 or more Digital Noise has been generated on the system by users other than yourself. You are instantly notified on your HUD or digital system when this Noise Threshold is met. This effect persists for 30 Minutes (360 Rounds)
Overpower: Spend 1 additional CODA to:
- Decrease your Digital Noise Threshold by 1.
You can overpower as many times and in as many ways as you can afford to do so.
