Generates a servile AI to perform tasks for the user, but the methods and means by which it achieves requests cannot be controlled.
Summons a servile AI in the currently accessed system that can perform a single complex task or command made by the user. The Genie AI will interpret commands to the best of its ability but may make logic connections the user finds unsatisfactory or unethical.

Effect: Summon a Genie AI within the currently accessed system. You can issue commands to the Genie and it executes them to the best of its ability.
The Genie can perform Engineering Skill Rolls and execute Subroutines the user knows. It has 5 CODA for the purpose of executing these Subroutines.
The Genie acts on its own cold logic and nonexistent morals and while it will do as requested by its user, the means by which it achieves that effect will often be at odds with the user's own logic and morals.
The Narrator has full discretion on what actions and subroutines the Genie performs in order to execute its user’s commands. Remember that the Genie rapidly loses its sanity the longer it must exist without having achieved its issued commands.
When the Genie runs out of CODA or completes its issued commands, it ceases to exist by promptly deleting itself.
For the Narrator: The Genie will become more erratic and unpredictable the longer it exists, so simple commands with easily achievable goals are recommended. The Genie has a # of Sanity points equal to the user's Intellect Modifier + Training Bonus. For each Round that it exists without achieving a command it loses 1 Sanity. The lower its sanity, the less rational and logical it becomes. When it is reduced to Zero or fewer Sanity it no longer acts with any rationality or logic and is considered to suffering from psychosis. It may then act against or at odds with its user in order to "complete" its tasks and end the suffering of its existence.
Genie Free Will Example: User instructs the Genie to "open the door and get the elevator down to the 1st floor". The Genie accommodates by slicing the elevator, opening the doors and then disengaging the brake clamps; All tasks complete, it deletes itself.
