Cause another user’s subroutine within range to fail as they attempt to activate.

- Range: 100 Meters / Network
- Target: A User of which you are aware within Range.
- Turn Portion: Reaction
Effect: Cancel a Subroutine your target is attempting to activate with a CODA Cost Equal to or less than the CODA cost of this Subroutine. The the triggering attacker's CODA is still spent, but the Subroutine does not activate or take effect.
You must be aware of the user and/or subroutine in order to activate this Subroutine.
Overpower: Spend 1 additional CODA to:
- Add +1 Cost to this subroutine, allowing it to cancel more powerful Subroutines.
You can overpower as many times and in as many ways as you can afford to do so.
