Whirlwind Throw

You use a heave of might to increase the Distance of a Throw.

Target: Grappled Creature, or Carried Item/Creature.

Effect : You may Activate Whirlwind Throw to make a Throw Attack on a Grappled Creature, or to Throw any Carried or Held Creature or Item.

When you do so, you gain +2 to the Attack Roll to Throw the Opponent and increase the distance the target is Thrown if you successfully Hit, by a number of Meters equal to ½ your STR Modifier.

The Throw can be horizontal, vertical or a combination of both. Use 1 Meter of throw distance per meter thrown horizontally and 2 meters of throw distance per meter thrown vertically. The creature receives fall Damage as normal if they are thrown far enough(4+ Meters) vertically or off a ledge.

You may use Whirlwind Throw on a willing Creature, who can choose to automatically fail the Saving Throw.

You can also use this maneuver Prior to throwing a willing Creature or held Item and gain +2 to the Ranged Attack Roll or Athletics Skill Roll made to Throw the Creature or object and an increase your throw a Distance equal to ½ your STR Modifier.

Overpower : Spend 1 additional Might to:

  • Add +1 to the Attack or Skill Roll for this maneuver, or
  • Add +2 Meters to the Throw Distance.
