Control and influence over the element of Weather is commonly referred to as Weathermancy. While there are various forms of control over various types of Weather each with their own name, they are are all considered to stem from Weathermancy. Simply because one must first learn Weathermancy in order to access any of the other elemental abilities related to the Weather.
