Cause a large nearby area to become struck by a bolt of lightning, dealing electrical damage to creatures within and dealing double damage to creatures that are wet or in water.

Effect: Use your Action to Target a 3 Meter Blast Area within 30 Meters. Creatures in the blast area must roll a Dexterity or Constitution Saving Throw. The DC is equal to the caster’s Spell Save DC.

Fail: Creatures that Fail the Saving throw are dealt 4d10 Electrical Damage.

Pass: Creatures that Pass the Saving Throw are dealt half the above damage.

Special: Unequipped Flammables within this spell’s area automatically ignite. Wet, Soaked or creatures currently standing in or submerged in Water or Liquid are dealt double damage. 

Overpower: The caster can spend 1 additional ARP to increase the Range of this Spell or Ability by 5 Meters,

Or increase the Blast of this Spell by 1 Meter,

Or increase the Save DC for this instance of this Spell or Ability by 2, 

Or increase the Damage dealt by this Spell or Ability by 1d10 Electrical Damage.
