Effect: You may Teleport a Distance equal to your Movement Speed. You must have line of Sight, Line of Effect to the destination and an Empty Space Available at your destination.
Overpower: The caster can spend 1 additional Chi to Overpower this Technique and increase the Distance Teleported by 2 Meters.
