You use a burst of stamina to root yourself in place and reduce forced movement of any kind.

Effect: Until the end of your next turn or until this maneuver is no longer being sustained you reduce all forced movement imposed on you by an amount of meters equal to ½ your CON or STR Modifier.
Stance: This Maneuver is considered to be a Stance. A creature can only benefit from one stance at a time. When one effect of a stance is active and another stance one begins, the previous stance ends and the new stance effect now becomes active.
Overpower: Spend 1 additional Stamina to:
- Increase the amount of forced movement you can resist by 1 meter.
- Overpowering this Maneuver increases it's sustain cost by an equal amount.
Sustaining: While sustaining this Maneuver you cannot us your Movements or Movement Speed whatsoever.
