Now that they're gone and we're all Narrators here;
Portaland Riftgaurd is our introductory campaign module. It is an excellent campaign for new and experienced Narrators alike due to its unique mechanics.
This module will help you learn the ropes of running a campaign if you're new and has immense replayablility. You could even continue the story with your own material after the ending of this module.
This Module offers a variety of unique mechanics, combats and roleplay opportunities for both you and the players to enjoy. It features:
- A rotating roster of main "Quest Giver" characters, so you can choose which one you want to use based on your personal preferences.
- A subplot revolving around a secret cult that includes a rotating roster of cult members, so the players never know who it's going to be.
- A series of exiting battles vs a rotating roster of classic Altered Realms Monsters in which the players choose where they want to engage the monsters and when, altering the battlefield and it's conditions.
- A series of unique shops and businesses, complete with their inventories.
- A series of original battle-maps.
The following sections will allow you to effectively run this module at any level of experience.
