Quickly strike with the pommel of your weapon after hitting an opponent with that weapon, potentially dazing them.

You use a burst of Stamina to Pommel Strike your opponent, dazing them if the strike connects.

Target: After Successfully Hitting with a Melee or Ranged Attack at Melee Range you can Activate Pommel Strike on the Large or Smaller Creature that you Hit.

Effect: The target of Pommel Strike must Roll a Dexterity Saving Throw. The DC is equal to the Initiator’s Maneuver Save DC.

Saving Throw Failed: If the target Fails the Saving Throw, they receive 1d6 + your STR Modifier Blunt Damage and become Dazed until the end of their next turn.

Saving Throw Passed: If they Pass the Saving Throw, they are dealt ½ the above Damage and suffer no other Effects.

Overpower: Spend 1 additional Stamina to

  • Add +2 to this Maneuver’s Save DC, or
  • Add +2 to the Damage dealt by this Maneuver, or
  • Add Knock Prone to the Saving Throw Failed Effect of this Maneuver.
