Saving Throw Failure: Creatures that Fail the Saving Throw suffer from the Blinded Condition until the End of their Next Turn.

Saving Throw Success: Creatures that Pass the Saving Throw suffer from the Distracted Condition until the end of their Next Turn.

Overpower: Spend 1 additional Focus to:
