Description: You form a channel of Necrotic energy between your target and yourself and use it to siphon energy from them.

Effect: Roll a Melee Spell Attack vs a single Living Creature within range.

Hit: The target loses 2 Points from a single Attribute Resource Pool (ARP) of your choice and you regain half as much of the same resource (Creatures cannot lose more of a resource pool than they currently have).

Overpower: The caster can spend 1 additional Mana to increase the resource Pool Loss / Regan by 1,

Or Increase the bonus to hit with this spell’s attack roll by 2,

Or increase the range of this spell by 5 Meters.
