Spell Description: You form a ring shape with your two hands and begin filling it with concentrated cold before spreading your hands and thus the ring and positioning it above your enemies.

Effect: Until the end of the caster’s next turn or until this spell is no longer being sustained a 1 Meter Blast Area within Range which the Caster designates is bombarded with freezing temps, high winds, snow and hail, dealing 4d8 Frost Damage to all Objects and Structures in the Area.

Creatures that start their turn in or Move Through the Area must Roll a Constitution Saving Throw, The DC is equal to the Caster’s Spell Save DC

Fail: Creatures that Fail this Spells Saving Throw are dealt 4d8 Frost Damage and become Numbed until the End of their Next Turn.

Pass: Creatures that Pass this Spells Saving Throw are dealt half the above damage.

Special: Any uninsulated liquids in the area freeze instantly. Wet surfaces and liquid become Ice, which is considered to be Hazardous Terrain. Creatures must roll Dexterity Saving Throw each time they attempt to use their movement on Ice. The DC is 12, If they Fail they are knocked Prone, If they succeed they are unaffected. Fires in the area are immediately extinguished.

Overpower : The Caster can spend 1 additional Mana to increase the Damage of this Spell by 1d8 Frost Damage,

Or increase the Range of the Spell by 5 Meters,

Or increase the Blast Area of its effect by 1 Meter.

Sustaining: Sustaining this Spell allows the caster to Move the Hoarfrost Cyclone up to 6 Meters within Range using their Action.
