Effect: Make a Ranged Spell Attack vs your target.

Hit: If you Hit the Target is dealt 2d8 + Spellcaster Modifier Frost Damage. 

Freezing: Critical Hits and Wounds caused by this Spell cause the target to become Slowed until the end of its next turn.

Miss: If you Miss the Target is undamaged and unaffected.

Overpower: The Caster can spend 1 additional Mana to: 

Increase the Range of this Spell by 5 Meters, 

Or 

Add 1d4 Frost Damage to this Spell’s Hit Effects, 

Or 

Increase the Attack Roll for this Casting of the Spell by 2.
