Effect: Target any large or smaller creatures within Range. Willing creatures immediately grow gills and are able to breathe in oxygenated liquids such as ocean water, and are unable to breathe normally until the end of their next turn or until this spell is no longer being sustained.

Unwilling creatures must roll a Wisdom Saving Throw. The DC is equal to the Caster’s Spell Save DC. 

Fail: Creatures that Fail the Saving Throw immediately grow gills and are able to breathe in oxygenated liquids such as ocean water, and are unable to breathe normally until the end of their next turn or until this spell is no longer being sustained. Unwilling creatures under the effect of this spell may use their Action to Roll a Wisdom Saving Throw to attempt to end the effect. The DC is Equal to the Caster’s Spell Save DC. If they Pass, they are no longer affected by the spell.

Pass: Creatures that Pass the Saving Throw are unaffected. 

Overpower: The caster can spend 1 additional Mana to increase the Range of this Spell by 2 Meters,

Or increase the Save DC for this instance of this Spell by 2.
