Effect: You cause all non-fourth wall breakers, projectiles, objects-in-motion, chemical reactions and explosions within range to freeze in time until the end of the next turn.

Other non-fourth wall breakers cannot take turns, move, act or react in any way.

During this time you may make any combination of non-attack actions, movements and motions available to you during a standard turn.

Special: Creatures, objects, structures and forces of nature outside of this Break’s Range remain in motion.
