Enchanted items are items that have been magically altered or enhanced in some way. Depending on the setting they may not be available to the general public. Please consult your narrator before acquiring enchanted items.
Your Narrator may rule that you may acquire Enchanted Items throughout your story, through purchases or as part of the creation of a character. As a means of balance, they may rule that this costs funds, XP, or both. All realms are different and there is no one absolute answer to anything.
