Description: You cause a small area of earth sand or mud to stabilize or destabilize.
Effect: You cause a 2x2 Meter Area of Earth or Sand within range to become instantly muddy or dry. If the area was dry at the time of casting all creatures in the area or attempting to move through it treat it as difficult terrain.
If the area was muddy at time of casting all creatures in the area become immobilized until they use their Action to free themselves.
Overpower: The caster can spend an additional mana to increase the area of the spell’s effect by +1 Meters.
