Effect : You shout with the boom and ferocity of an adult dragon. Enemy Creatures within 10 Meters of the Caster must Roll a Wisdom Saving Throw, the DC is equal to the Caster Spell Save DC. Creatures that Fail begin Fleeing Until End of Next Turn. Creatures that Succeed are Frightened Until End of Next Turn.
Overpower : The Caster can spend 1 additional Mana to Increase the Range of this Spell by 2 Meters, Or Increase the DC to Resist this Spells Effect by 2.
