Effect : Choose a single Creature within Range. That creature must make a Wisdom Saving Throw, the DC is Equal to the Caster Spell Save DC. If the Creature Fails they are considered to be Hypnotized by the Caster until the End of the Caster's Next Turn or until this spell is no longer being sustained. A Hypnotized creature must Roll a Wisdom Saving Throw vs the Casters Spell Save DC to Resist following commands issued by the caster, if they Fail they are forced to comply, if they succeed they break free of the hypnosis. The target gains Advantage on this Roll when Resisting commands to endanger or harm themselves. Creatures are aware that they were hypnotized or somehow compelled and have a full memory of the incident afterwards. Creatures that Succeed on the Initial Saving Throw are unaffected.

Overpower : The caster can spend 1 additional Mana to Increase the Save DC for this Spell by 2, Or increase the Range of this Spell by 5 Meters, Or target an additional creature.
