Effect : The caster generates a field of raw and dangerous magical energies around themselves. The Field occupies each Tile adjacent to the caster and moves with them. Creatures that Start their Turn in the Area must Roll a Dexterity Saving Throw, the DC is equal to the Casters Spell Save DC. If they Fail they are Dealt 2d4 Burn/Lightning Damage. If they Succeed they are Dealt ½ Damage.

Overpower : The Caster may spend 1 additional Mana to Increase this Spells Range 1 Meter,

Or increase the Damage this Spell deals by 1d4 Burn/Lighting Damage, Or Increase the DC to resist this Spells Effect by 2.
