Target: A single sapient creature that can comprehend and understand your spoken or transmitted language(s).
Effect: Roll a Debate or Intimidate Skill Roll vs your Target's Emotional Awareness(EA)(your target’s Insight Skill Modifier + 10).
Hit: If your Skill Roll meets or exceeds the target's Emotional Awareness, that creature suffers from both the Enraged and Confused Conditions until the end of their next turn.
Miss: If your Skill Roll does not meet or exceed the target's Emotional Awareness, that creature is unaffected.
Critical Hit: Critical Hits with this maneuver cause the target to instead suffer from Enraged and Confused Conditions until they Pass a Wisdom Saving Throw at the end of one of their turns. The DC is equal to your Maneuver Save DC.
Note: Targets that lack the mental capacity to be insulted, or are devoid of emotion, or are considered to be resistant to mental manipulation may be unaffected at Narrator discretion.
Overpower: Spend 1 additional Panache to:
- Add +5 Meters to this Maneuver's Range, or
- Add +2 to this Maneuver's Skill Roll.
