Spell Description: You form a misty band of intense concentrated cold between your two open palms before sending it pulsating out.

Effect: A 3 meter cone, originating from the caster, is engulfed in blistering cold.

All Creatures in the area must Roll a Dexterity or Constitution Saving Throw, the DC is equal to the Caster’s Spell Save DC.

Fail: Creatures that Fail the Saving Throw are dealt 4d6 Frost Damage. Creatures wearing metal armor in the spell’s area are dealt an additional 3d6 Frost Damage..

Pass: Creatures that Pass this Spells Saving Throw receive half damage from its Effect.

Special: Freezes uninsulated liquids in the Area. Extinguishes Fires in the Area. Wet, Soaked or submerged Creatures become Frozen. Creatures ankle to waist deep in the liquid suffer from the Immobilized Condition. Creatures suffering from these conditions can use their Action to Attempt to break free and Roll an Athletics or Acrobatic Skill Roll. The DC to escape is 14.

Overpower: The Caster can spend 1 additional Mana to increase the Damage dealt by this Spell by 1d6 Frost Damage,
