Effect: Make a Melee Attack vs a target within Range. If you Hit, Forgo any damage and instead cause the living target to suffer the “Dazed” Condition until the end of their next turn.
Overpower: The caster can spend 1 additional Chi to Overpower this Technique and Increase their Attack Roll by +2,
Or Increase the Hit Effect to the “Stunned” Condition instead of the “Dazed” Condition.
