Effect: Target a 1 Meter Blast Area. Creatures within the Area must roll a Dexterity or Wisdom Saving Throw. The DC is equal to the user’s Spell Save DC.
Creatures that Fail the Saving Throw are dealt 4d6 Holy Damage.
Creatures that Pass the Saving Throw are Dealt half the above Damage.
Overpower: The caster can spend 1 additional Chi to Overpower this Technique and increase the Blast Area by 1 Meter,
Or Increase the Range of this technique by 5 Meters,
Or Increase the Save DC for this instance of the Technique by 2,
Or increase the Damage this Technique deals by 1d4 Holy Damage.
