Effect : Target a single creature within Range. That Creature must Roll a Wisdom Saving Throw. The DC is equal to the Casters Spell Save DC, if the Target Fails the Saving Throw, they are considered to be Muted/Silenced until the end of their Next Turn. The caster subsequently gains an additional Voice and voice projection point from the position of the creature targeted by this spell until the end of that creature’s next turn. If the target succeeds they are unaffected.
Overpower : The Caster can spend 1 additional Mana to increase the Range of this Spell by 5 Meters, or add 2 to the DC for this Spell’s Saving Throw.
