Description: With a flourish you generate a brief, bright and targeted flash of light, visible only to your target within range.
Effect: Target a living creature within Range. That Creature must pass a Dexterity or Constitution Saving throw equal to the caster’s Save DC or be Blinded until the end of their next turn. If the target saves they are unaffected.
Overpower: The caster can spend 1 additional mana to increase the range of this spell by 5 Meters,

Or increase the Save DC for this instance of the spell by 2.
